Miniony rok był dla mnie trudnym czasem Pilatesowym, ale patrząc z uważnoscią przed siebie zaczynam nowy rozdział z dobrymi ludźmi i z jeszcze większą pasją. Przede mną kolejne szkolenia i wyjazdy ;)
Last year was a difficult time for me in terms of Pilates, but looking forward with mindfulness, I start a new chapter with good people and even more passion. More training and travel ahead of me ;)

🎉 Just completed my Master’s degree in Pilates at Pilatistic Old School Pilates! 🎉
This journey has been transformative, and I’m so grateful for the support from my incredible teachers, Marian and Miguel. From online sessions to in-person classes whenever I’m in Barcelona, your guidance has been invaluable.
