News Feed Update – Department of Physical Education Meeting

The Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences convened a joint meeting to prepare for the upcoming CIEC–HEC Sindh visit. The session was led by Dr. Shahzaman Khan, Chairman, who emphasized that all required documentation must be thoroughly addressed ahead of the team’s arrival.

Dr. Nisar Ahmed Khaskheli, Assistant Professor / BS Program Coordinator, compiled all academic records.

Mr. Muhammad Hashim Darya, Lecturer, confirmed readiness of laboratory accessories.

Mr. Zubair Ahmed (Gymnastics Demonstrator) and Mr. Gul Habib (Athletics Demonstrator) ensured availability of practical equipment for gymnastics, athletics, and semester games.

Mr. Asad Hussain Shaikh, Deputy Director Sports, presented records of sports activities for 2025–26, including intervarsity, zonal competitions, Youth Affairs & Sports Government of Sindh events, and SIBAU student participation.

Mr. Abdul Wahid Shaikh, Administrative Officer, outlined departmental development initiatives and reaffirmed support for sports events.

The Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences warmly welcomed the newly admitted students of the 1st Semester, Fall 2026 batch. As a gesture of goodwill, the department presented souvenir T‑shirts to the students, symbolizing their inclusion into the academic and sporting community.

The event was graciously headed by the Chairman, Dr. Shahzaman Khan, accompanied by esteemed faculty and staff members: Dr. Nisar Ahmed Khaskheli (Assistant Professor / Coordinator), Mr. Muhammad Hashim Darya (Lecturer), Mr. Asad Hussain Shaikh (Deputy Director Sports), Mr. Gul Habib (Athletic Demonstrator), Mr. Zubair Ahmed (Gymnastic Demonstrator), and Mr. Abdul Wahid Shaikh (Administrative Officer).

The faculty and staff extended their full support to the new entrants, assuring them of the department’s commitment to nurturing both their academic and sporting skills, while also guiding them towards future employment opportunities.
