Our respected former International Handball player, Mr. Waheed Ahmad, visited the trials of the Pakistan Women’s National Handball Team held on 22 August 2026 at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
The trials were conducted by the Pakistan Handball Federation to select the National Women’s Handball Team for participation in the IHF Women’s Nations Trophy – Zone III Asia, to be held in Uzbekistan.

A memorable Girls’ Handball Match was held on 13th August at the National Handball Academy, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, in connection with 14th August Pakistan’s 79th Independence Day celebrations. 🇵🇰
The match was graced by Chief Guest Prof. Dr. Zulfiqar Ali, Vice Chancellor, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, and Mr. Muhammad Shafiq, President, Pakistan Handball Federation.
The event was organized by the National Handball Academy in collaboration with the University of Agriculture Faisalabad, bringing together talented young athletes to celebrate Independence Day through sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and healthy competition. 🤾‍♀️🏆
It was a wonderful celebration of our nation’s 79th Independence Day and a proud moment for the next generation of handball players. 🇵🇰💚
