Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Full Contact Karate Association Elections Concluded.
Shahzad Aslam Siddiqui Elected Chairman, Sahibzada Al Hadi President, and Khurshid Shabab General Secretary.
Peshawar: The elections of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Full Contact Karate Association were successfully held yesterday in accordance with the prescribed Sports Policy, under the supervision of a representative of the Directorate General of Sports, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The election meeting was attended by heads, representatives, senior coaches, and officials of various Full Contact Karate organizations, including Shinkyokushinkai Karate, Kyokushinkan Pakistan, So-Kyokushin, and Kyokushin Karate Pakistan (Azam Group).
The new office-bearers were elected through a transparent show-of-hands process following consultation and consensus among the participating organizations and representatives.
According to the election results, Shahzad Aslam Siddiqui was elected Chairman, Malik G. Awan as Senior Vice Chairman, while Shahid Durrani Azeemi, Fida Gul Advocate Supreme Court, and Umm-e-Laila were elected Vice Chairpersons.
Sahibzada Al Hadi, Branch Cheif WKO Pakistan, was elected President of the Association.
Furthermore, Sajjad Hussain was elected Senior Vice President, while Hayat Nazir, Branch Chief Kyokushinkan, and Saleha Majid were elected Vice Presidents.
Khurshid Shabab (WKO) was elected General Secretary, while Umar Gul Mardan, Saifullah, and Javeria Hadi were elected Deputy General Secretaries.
Ibrahim of So-Kyokushin Karate, Abdul Raqeeb (WKO), and Hazrat Ji of Kyokushinkan were elected Joint Secretaries, while Shams Ul Arifeen (WKO) was elected Finance Secretary.

The participants congratulated the newly elected office-bearers and expressed the hope that the new leadership would play an effective role in promoting Full Contact Karate throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, improving athletes' welfare, organizing training for coaches and referees, ensuring transparency, and providing better opportunities for provincial athletes to compete at national and international levels.
Speaking on the occasion, newly elected President Sahibzada Al Hadi thanked all participating organizations, senior coaches, representatives, and members for their confidence and cooperation. He stated that the Association would work together with all affiliated organizations and stakeholders to establish a strong, organized, united, and effective platform for Full Contact Karate in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He further emphasized that the Association's primary priorities would be sports, athletes, and merit, with a particular focus on providing talented athletes with greater opportunities at national and international levels.
The newly elected office-bearers reaffirmed their commitment to promoting unity, consultation, merit, transparency, and compliance with the Sports Policy, and pledged to work collectively for the development and promotion of Full Contact Karate across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
