He is a left-handed middle-order batsman with a high backlift, particularly strong on the leg side. Known for his determined and gritty batting approach, he is also recognized as an agile fielder in the covers.
Prince made his debut for South Africa in both Test and One Day International cricket in 2002. He went on to play 52 ODIs from 2002 to 2007 and 66 Tests from 2002 to 2011. All 11 of his international hundreds came in Test matches, where he averaged 41.64.
He had initially planned to retire from professional cricket after the 2014 English season, but continued for one more year before confirming his retirement again in September 2015.

Michael Hussey finished his international career with 22 centuries — 19 in Tests and 3 in ODIs. He brought up his maiden Test hundred in just his second match, a composed 137 against the West Indies at the Bellerive Oval in 2005. His career-best came later against England, a magnificent 195 at The Gabba, Brisbane during the 2010-11 Ashes series.
Tony Gray was one of the most intriguing fast bowlers of the West Indies cricket era. Standing around 6 feet 6 inches tall, the Trinidadian pacer combined genuine pace, steep bounce and aggressive bowling to trouble some of the world's best batsmen. But despite remarkable numbers, Gray played only five Test matches for the West Indies, taking 15 wickets at an average of 17.13. In 25 ODIs, he claimed 44 wickets at an average of 18.97, including a sensational 6 for 50 against Australia at Port of Spain.

Sanath Jayasuriya was a left-arm orthodox spinner who built a reputation for bowling with remarkable speed and a brisk, attacking rhythm. Rather than relying solely on traditional spin, he frequently surprised batsmen with quicker deliveries and well-directed yorkers, using his rapid arm action to great effect. Across international cricket, Jayasuriya claimed 440 wickets, including six five-wicket hauls. His standout ODI figures came against England in 1993, when he produced a brilliant 6 for 29, then the best bowling performance by a Sri Lankan in ODI cricket. That record remained intact until Muttiah Muralitharan surpassed it in 2000. In Test cricket, Jayasuriya's finest match figures came during the 2001–02 season, when he returned 9 for 74 against Zimbabwe. 🏏🇱🇰
