Dear Valued Members,
As you are all aware that the Honourable Supreme Court, vide Orders 13-06-2021 and 16-06-2021, ordered the demolishment of the shops at the Aladin Amusement Park and Pavilion End Club, without any notice & hearing the management of M/s. A.A. Joyland (Pvt.) Ltd. However this is to inform you that we are in the process of initiating legal proceedings for the revival of Pavilion End Club.
All the prestigious members are hereby informed that their fees will be adjusted once the Pavilion End Club is restored and revived. However, if any members is willing to opt out of the Pavilion End Club then he/she may file a request for refund on the prescribed form attached, with the management of M/s. A.A. Joyland (Pvt.) Ltd. Please note that the veracity of such request would be reviewed and would be subject to the decision of the management of M/s. A.A. Joyland (Pvt.) Ltd. Once the decision will be taken then the member would be informed and reimbursement would be made accordingly.
The above message in no manner whatsoever is an admission of liability of M/s. A.A. Joyland (Pvt.) Ltd or its management towards any member. Any liability would be subject to the decision of the management of M/s. A.A. Joyland (Pvt.) Ltd on any request that would be filed.
