*Trials for Australian Football League 2026 in Thailand in Swabi, full participation of young players from all over Khyber Pakhtunkhwa*


The Boom Boom Footy Coaching Academy in Guwahati area of Swabi District held the player trials for the Australian Football League 2026 in Thailand, in which around 40 talented young players from various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Swabi participated.
The purpose of the trials was to introduce young talent at the national level and select the best players for international competitions. On this occasion, the selection committee consisting of Director Women AFL Irfan Khan, Secretary General of AFL Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Boom Boom Shams, Manager Imran Khan, Assistant Manager Hidayatur Rehman and Jalal of Charsadda carefully evaluated the players' fitness, technical skills, speed, understanding of the game and overall performance.
Officials said that Pakistan had made the country famous at the global level by winning the Australian Football League title in 2022, while now phased trials have been started across the country in preparation for the International Australian Football League to be held in Thailand in 2026.
He further informed that after the trials held in different provinces, the selected players will participate in the final national level trials in Islamabad, from where the final team will be selected. Successful players will represent Pakistan in an international event to be held in Thailand.
These trials at Boom Boom Coaching Academy have created new enthusiasm and enthusiasm among the young players. Local sports circles say that if such opportunities are provided continuously, the youth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa can make Pakistan famous not only at the national level but also at the international level. Now the eyes are focused on how many talented players from Swabi and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa manage to make it to the national team.
