2. Is it authentic or clone?

- I do not sell clone or imitations. I sell Original, authentic Cree lighting products and other accessories direct to the manufacturer.

3. Do I need to pay the down payment?

- No downpayment required, all units are ON-HAND.

4. Why do i need to pay the Full Payment first, before shipping the unit.(for shipments)

- To avoid bogus buyers and for some security reasons. Once full payment is received the unit is shipped the same day or if it permits, ETA 24 hours.
- Proof of shipping will be posted here immediately and the tracking number will be sent thru SMS

5. How will I pay you?

- Payment can be made via Meet-ups for Zamboanga buyers, BDO or BPI for outside Zamboanga.

6. How will I get my order?

- Shipping is done via LBC 24 hrs door to door express delivery, buyers will be informed if changes occur. Do you have on hand stuff?

- Yes, all units posted on my profile is on-hand, unless the buyer requested for a different unit.

8. Can I request for a certain unit not listed on your profile?

-Yes, you can. Just let me know what you need

9. Where do you get those units?

- The units for sale here are acquired directly from the Manufacturers. We are the manufacturer of Megapro. Manufacturer to Manufacturer price is different from Manufacturer-Supplier price.

10. Does it have warranty?

- 1 month warranty provided that it is scratch-free and dent-free
