Our swimmers crushed it at the VALPRISAA Swimming Competition 2026, taking home 7 Gold medals, 9 Silver medals and 5 Bronze medals.

The World Aquatics Swimming Championships (25m) in 2026 will be held in Beijing, China, from December 1 to 6, 2026.

The official qualification period for the 2026 World Aquatics Swimming Championships (25m) in Beijing runs from July 27, 2025, to November 15, 2026. Entry times must be achieved at approved short course (25m) or long course (50m) events.

Here are the LC Qualifying times for your reference.

Unfortunately, no local swimming meet has been designated as a qualifying event for the 2026 World Aquatics Swimming Championships. As a result, Filipino swimmers hoping to qualify must compete in World Aquatics-approved meets overseas to achieve the required qualifying standards.

The last time the Philippines hosted a World Championships qualifying meet was during the tenure of Lani Velasco.
