PB PREMIER CUP 2026 | PARTNER CHANGES & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

To ensure a fair, transparent, and competitive tournament, all partner changes and player substitutions shall strictly follow the tournament guidelines.

πŸ“Œ IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1️⃣ PARTNER CHANGES BEFORE REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Partner changes may be requested only before the official registration deadline and are subject to review and approval by the tournament organizers.

2️⃣ REPLACEMENT PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
Any replacement player must satisfy ALL tournament eligibility requirements, including the applicable division, rating, gender, and other tournament qualifications.

3️⃣ AFTER OFFICIAL BRACKET RELEASE
Once the official bracket has been done and released, partner changes will generally no longer be permitted, except under exceptional circumstances and only upon approval of the organizers.

4️⃣ SUBSTITUTION REQUIREMENTS
A substitute player must meet the same gender requirement and satisfy the tournament-level/eligibility requirements applicable to the team.

5️⃣ UNAUTHORIZED SUBSTITUTIONS
Any substitution made without prior authorization will be subject to full review by the organizers and may result in sanctions, forfeiture, disqualification, or other appropriate enforcement action.

We are pleased to officially present the Final List of Confirmed Participants for the PB PREMIER CUP 2026.

Following the close of registration, all submitted entries underwent a thorough and meticulous verification process. Each participant was carefully reviewed in accordance with the tournament’s established eligibility requirements, declared skill level, and registration details.

We are pleased to confirm that all players included in the official list have successfully completed the verification process and have been deemed qualified to compete, without prejudice to a valid ground for protest called for by other registered participants.

This process reflects our firm commitment to fairness, transparency, integrity, and competitive balance principles that we consider essential in conducting a credible and professionally organized tournament.

LIVE BRACKETING β€” SEPTEMBER 10, 2026 | THURSDAY | 7:00 PM

As part of our commitment to transparency, the official tournament bracketing will be conducted LIVE on Thursday.

A designated representative from each participating team will be invited to witness the live bracketing process. This will ensure that the bracket formation is conducted openly and fairly, with no preferential treatment or undisclosed selection.

The official brackets will be released following the completion and validation of the bracketing process.

We would like to respectfully inform everyone that the registration period for the PADDLE BUDZ PREMIER CUP 2026 – Pickleball Tournament is being extended for ONE MORE DAY, until September 4, 2026.

This extension is being provided to allow sufficient time for the final verification of registered players, particularly in checking compliance with the tournament’s eligibility and division requirements.

During the verification process, we found that some registered players may not meet the prescribed eligibility requirements. To ensure fairness, transparency, and integrity of the competition, we are opening the registration for one final day to accommodate qualified players who may still wish to join.

We sincerely appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and continued support as we carefully finalize the official roster.
