The Provincial Government of Bohol (PGBh), led by Gov. Aris Aumentado, welcomed athletes of the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF)-Bohol during a courtesy visit to Governor Aris Aumentado at the Provincial Capitol on June 30, 2026, following their successful performance in the recent WNBF competition held at the Bohol Cultural Center.

The athletes paid a courtesy call to share their achievements and discuss upcoming opportunities for the province’s natural bodybuilding community.

Among the highlights of the competition was the outstanding performance of the women’s division, where all participating athletes earned medals in their respective categories. The men’s division likewise delivered an impressive showing, highlighted by the 2026 Overall Champion title in Men’s Classic Physique.

Also recognized during the visit was WNBF-Bohol Vice President Paul James Caderao, who is set to represent Bohol in an upcoming international bodybuilding event in Vietnam in the coming months.

As the country’s first UNESCO Global Geopark, Bohol continues to champion programs that promote sports tourism and development, healthy lifestyles, and youth empowerment, contributing to stronger and more vibrant communities across the province.
