Che bella giornata qui a Lonato!🇮🇹

Proud of our Olympic s***t duo — SEAGames silver medalist Enrique Leandro Enriquez and London Olympian Paul Brian Rosario! 🇵🇭🎯

Both shot an impressive 117/125 individually at the World Cup in Lonato — an edition that gathered 600+ shooters from 83 countries. Enrique had already secured qualification earlier, and Brian’s performance here earned him his rightful spot by surpassing the Asian Games and World Championships criteria in the most prestigious and most attended event of shotgun shooting.

In the sweltering heat, across three gruelling days and long waits between rounds, our boys held up and carried the flag proudly. Huge respect to World #1 Vincent Hancock (USA) for taking the title and setting a new world record with a perfect 36/36 in the Final — today we celebrate Enrique and Brian’s grit and achievement. Onward and upward!

Bravissimi ragazzi!!! 🇵🇭🔥

Pistol Top Gun Carlo Valdez (Seagames bronze medalist) — the lone Philippine entry in the Men’s category at the Thai Open Championships — delivered a remarkable performance, taking home two silver medals in Olympic 10m Air Pistol and 50m Free Pistol. 🥈🥈

His 50m Free Pistol silver is all the more impressive as he competed with a borrowed gun.

Meanwhile, Christine Valdez made the finals in Olympic 10m Air Pistol, proving the Valdez siblings continue to shine on the international stage.

Proud of you both! 🇵🇭

Successful demo today at PMA — what a blast for precision shooting!

Huge shoutout to our PNSA crew headed by Coach Aziz and our athletes: Blush Poblete (Bangkok SEA Games bronze medalist), Franchette Quiroz, Elvie Baldivino, Amparo Acuña, Sayidi Lamberto, Wilfred Ocampo, and CJ Peñaflorida — you lot brought the energy and heart to the range!

Big thanks to PSC Commissioner Walter Torres and Johanna Torres for their support and coordination. Warm appreciation to the Philippine Military Academy — Superintendent Vice Admiral Caesar Bernard N. Valencia, Maj. Junrey Sajulga, and the PMA leadership — for hosting us.

A hearty salute to the 450 cadets who joined this first intro to Olympic pistol shooting. Lots of diamonds in the rough — saw plenty of sparkle waiting to be polished. Can’t wait to help them shine, one shot at a time.

Looking forward to keeping the momentum going. An afternoon in the mountains well spent!
