People often say a leader needs vision. Totoo naman.

Pero I've learned that no matter how clear the vision is, it will always remain just an idea without people who are willing to help make it happen.

I'm grateful to have officers who don't just wear a title—they take ownership. They step up when needed, make tough calls, support the team, and do the work even when no one is watching.

Hindi namin kailangan maging pare-pareho ng personality o pananaw. In fact, our differences make us stronger. What matters is that we share the same purpose and always put the group first.

To my REBS officers, thank you for being more than officers. Thank you for being dependable teammates, trusted brothers, and the solid foundation behind everything we do.

A leader may set the direction, but it's a great team that turns the vision into reality.

Whether it’s checking your motorcycle before a long ride, repairing a flat tire during an emergency, or understanding how your CVT system works, these are practical skills that every scooter rider should know.
