Day 1 of the PRO–PPA Pickleball Referee Certification Course 2026 officially kicked off with enthusiastic delegates representing different clubs, organizations, and regions coming together with one goal, to strengthen their knowledge, skills, and professionalism in pickleball officiating. The opening day focused on building a solid foundation in the official rules, referee responsibilities, match procedures, and standards essential to becoming competent and credible match officials.

More than just a certification course, this gathering creates a network of trained referees who can help elevate the standard of pickleball competitions in their respective communities and regions. As the participants move forward to the practical sessions and actual match officiating, they carry with them the commitment to fair play, integrity, consistency, and professionalism on the court. The journey toward becoming a PRO–PPA Certified Match Official has officially begun!

In proud partnership with YMCA Baguio, YMCA Manila, Benguet State University, Bayawan City Mayors Office and Sports Development Office,Rush Sports Center, Tecniq Sports, and PRO PPA, we are thrilled to launch the official Pickleball Coaching Certification Program.

Learn directly from international legend Coach Jenny Marcos! She is an IPTPA Certified Coach, Senior Pro Athlete, USA National Pickleball League Draft Athlete, and 4-time All-American with 40+ years of combined racket sport coaching expertise.

Who can apply? Advanced players with a 3.5+ skill level / or equivalent, and higher.

Program Structure:This is an intensive 16-hour training program combining deep-dive classroom discussions with hands-on on-court applications.

Teachers: 10,000 PHP
Coaches & Non-Teaching Professionals: 12,500 PHP
