With the deeply concerning rise in youth violence and weapon-related incidents across the country, it is more important than ever for our young people to be equipped—not just with physical skills, but with the mindset to handle dangerous situations.

As martial artists and youth, we must focus on three core principles when facing danger:

Awareness: Always stay alert to your surroundings. Recognizing a threat early is your best chance to avoid it entirely.

De-escalation & Escape: Your primary goal is always to get home safely. If you can run, run. If you can talk your way out, do so.

Action as a Last Resort: When escape is impossible, knowing proper, decisive self-defense can save your life.

Let’s build a generation that is disciplined, vigilant, and capable of protecting themselves and others. Stay safe, stay trained, and always think before you react.

Our team took on the Batangas Karate Open 2026 for the very first time, and the results speak for themselves!

Beyond the medals, we are so incredibly grateful for the experience, the growth, and the bond we shared as a team.

This weekend showed us what we’re capable of, and it’s only fueling our hunger for more.

Huge thank you to our coaches Sensei Job and Sensei Arthur , teammates, and supporters who pushed us every step of the way. This is just the beginning. We’re already looking ahead, firing up the dojo, and preparing hard for both Kata and Kumite for 2027!🦾
