Hinihiling po namin ang inyong pakikiisa at koopirasyon sa pamamagitan ng pagdadala ng mga kinakailangang dokumento sa inyong pagdalo sa Family Day sa Setyembre 6, 2026. ❤️

📌 Mga kailangang dalhin:
✅ Photocopy ng 4Ps ID (back-to-back) – para sa mga benepisyaryo ng 4Ps
✅ DSWD Certificate – para sa mga benepisyaryo ng 4Ps na walang 4Ps ID
✅ Photocopy ng National ID ng inyong anak (back-to-back)

📌 Dagdag na Paalala: Mangyaring dalhin din ang mga sumusunod,
✅ Gatepass (Grade 8 to Grade 11) , at
✅ Iba pang dokumento na kailangan ng inyong anak na hindi pa naipapasa.

💡 Paalala: Mangyaring dalhin ang mga kinakailangang dokumento sa mismong araw ng inyong pagdalo, Setyembre 6, 2026. Maari po itong ib**ay sa inyong anak o sa kanilang Mother-Sister.
