RE: DISMISSAL OF MR. JOHN ALBERT "AMBET" MONTES FROM RIVERSIDE BALLERS CLUB
This formal statement serves to announce that Mr. John Albert Montes is no longer associated with Riverside Ballers Club (RBC) effective immediately. This decision has been made in accordance with section 2 of the RBC Rules and Regulations, following Mr. Montes's violation of section 1 which pertains to neglect of duty and refusal to comply with tasks/obligations.
As a result of these violations, Mr. Montes has been dismissed from his position within the organization. Henceforth, he is no longer authorized to represent or engage in any activities on behalf of Riverside Ballers Club.
We hereby request that any transactions or interactions involving Mr. Montes and Riverside Ballers Club be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities for proper documentation and action.
We thank you for your attention to this matter and assure you of our commitment to upholding the standards and regulations set forth by Riverside Ballers Club.
