To compensate for the issues experienced during last night’s All Levels Open Play, everyone who participated will be given a FREE Open Play session on saturday, September 5.

We sincerely apologize for the issues we experienced during last night’s Open Play, particularly with the queuing and player switching system.

We understand the concerns raised regarding the long waiting, uneven number of games played, player mismatches, confusion during court assignments, and the addition of walk-in players during re-registration.

We also acknowledge the concern regarding players entering the court even when they were not the ones called, as well as instances where the player on court did not match the name displayed on the system.

We understand how frustrating and disappointing this can be, especially for players who traveled from outside the area expecting a smooth and fair Open Play experience.

We take these concerns seriously. We are reviewing our queuing and matching process and will be making the necessary adjustments to ensure that player rotation is faster, matchups are properly categorized, and the system remains fair and organized for everyone.

We are also open to your feedback and suggestions. Your comments help us identify what needs to be improved and allow us to create a better experience for everyone at Maliwat Pickle Yard.

Thank you to everyone who patiently waited, gave us feedback, and helped us identify the areas we need to improve.
