Rainy Season Motorcycle Maintenance Checklist

• Drive Chain Care: Degrease, clean, and apply a water-resistant chain l**e every 300–500 km (or right after riding in heavy rain) to prevent rust and binding.
• Tire Inspection: Maintain correct tire pressure and ensure adequate tread depth for effective water dispersion on wet pavement.
• Brake System Maintenance: Check brake pad wear, clean road grime from calipers, and ensure brake fluid is clear and topped up to preserve stopping power.
• Electrical System Protection: Inspect battery terminals, apply dielectric grease to exposed wire connectors, and ensure all lights and signals function properly.
• Corrosion Defense: Spray anti-rust or moisture-displacing spray on exposed metal parts, footpegs, and fast-fastening hardware after washing off road salt and rainwater.
