The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) will conduct a Mobile Registration in the Province of Siquijor from July 29 to August 1, 2026, at the Municipal Hall Conference Room, San Juan, Siquijor. This activity aims to bring MARINA services closer to the public by providing convenient registration, licensing, and documentation services for boat operators and vessel owners.

𝗕𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝟭 & 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻
(𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀)
• Duly accomplished application forms
• Birth Certificate
• Barangay Clearance
• Latest 2×2 ID pictures (white background, white polo with collar)
• Medical Certificate (issued from RHU/Government Doctor; “Physically Fit”)
• Specimen Signature (on bond paper using a Pentel pen)
• Sea Service Record (24 months / 2 years experience)

• Vessel Name Clearance Approved thru MARINA
• Clear photos ( Colored of views Front, Back, Left, and Right sides)
• Layout Sketch (General Arrangement Plan/Drawing of the boat)
• Engine Serial Number (Stencil copy OR clear printed photograph)

• Copy of the Valid Shipbuilder’s/Boatbuilder’s License

If Imported:
• Importation/Customs Clearance Documents and Commercial Invoice
• Foreign Builder’s Certificate
