• Active V-FIT Gym Members
• Former V-FIT Gym Members
• Individuals Who Previously Trained at V-FIT Gym but Have Stopped

👥 Team Composition:
• 5 Players Per Team Only
• Teams May Include Outsiders
• However, At Least 3 Players Must Be Current or Former V-FIT Gym Members
• A Maximum of 2 Outsiders Is Allowed Per Team

💰 Registration Fee:
• ₱100 Per Player

📅 Registration Period:
• June 11-13, 2026 Only

📝 Team Submission Requirements:
• Complete Name of Each Player
• Age of Each Player

• Late Submissions Will Not Be Accepted
• Incomplete Team Rosters Will Not Be Accepted
