CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Philippines -- The mother-and-daughter team of Xavier University Professor (and Athletics Director) Jessica Esparrago and Professor Adeva Jane Esparrago-Kalidas added the proverbial notch on their (Karate) belts with the publication of their academic paper titled "Effectiveness of Stretching Routines in Enhancing Kicking Performance" (in Karate) in the Athens Journal of Sports!
