Open to all Teams and Basketball Clubs!

Registration starts at ₱ 1,500.00

Men’s Division:
- U16 (2009-2010) age category
- U21 (2005-2006) age category

Women's Division:
- Open Age Category

Requirements for each team:
- 4 players per team
- PSA xerox copy
- SCHOOL ID or VALID ID xerox copy
- Official Entry Form
- Jersey is NOT REQUIRED (nasa inyo po if magpapagawa po kayo)
