It began in the late 60s as a basketball team. “UYY” came from the crowd’s energetic cheer—more than a chant, it became a symbol of community spirit. VIVA UYY!

In 1971, our Señores made it official—UYY would lead the annual Santacruzan,and we’ve done so ever since! UYY Community Group is a nonprofit organization proudly rooted in Project 6, Quezon City. We hope the kids enjoyed the afternoon as much as we enjoyed preparing it for them. Seeing all the smiles, laughter, and excitement made every bit of preparation worth it. 🥹🎉
