Five months and 8 days of prep.

Now we’re just 3 days out from the KG CLASSIC.

We started from scratch. It wasn’t the ideal starting point for stepping onto a bodybuilding stage. A lot of people probably would’ve waited for another season, but I told Ralph Justin Cid “Let’s give everything we’ve got and see how far we can take this.”

And now, here we are.

I’m incredibly proud of this man not just because of the physique he built, but because of the dedication, discipline, and work ethic he showed every single day. Watching him grow into an athlete has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

Whatever the result is on show day, I’ll be the happiest person in the showday. Not because of a trophy or a placing, but because I know how much work, sacrifice, and heart went into this prep.

This isn’t the end of our story.

This is only the beginning. ⚒️

Lately, I’ve been choosing myself. The more I focus on my own growth, the happier I become.

More time to improve. More time to build.
More time to learn. More time to help others from a place of abundance instead of exhaustion.

I’m very protective of my energy now. If it doesn’t align with my goals or bring value to my life, I simply let it go. Peace has become my biggest flex. 🔁☝️
