Our Sunday training at our QC branch is cancelled. We will all be in our Antipolo Gym for the Flow General Assembly and PLM Open Mat event. This event is open to all Project Lifestyle Manila members.

It will be on August 2, Sunday, 10AM onwards at Badminton District, Lot 2, Loresville Drive, Lores Farm Subdivision, Antipolo City.
