Personnel from the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology – National Capital Region (BJMP-NCR) participated in the “Gov. Jun Ebdane’s Cup Shootfest – Dinamulag Festival 2026,” which officially opened on April 10, 2026, at the ZPPO Shooting Range in the Province of Zambales.

Demonstrating marksmanship excellence, the BJMP-NCR Team delivered an outstanding performance during the Inter-Law Enforcement Agency Team Match, earning top honors in multiple categories:

• Champion – BJMP-NCR (Inter-Law Enforcement Agency Team Match)
• Champion, Senior Commissioned Officer – JCSUPT BABY NOEL P MONTALVO, TLPE
• Champion, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer – SJO4 Florante S Goyena
• 2nd Runner-Up Overall – SJO4 Florante S Goyena
• 1st Runner-Up Overall – JO2 Mac Donald Pablo
• 1st Runner-Up, Lady Category – JO2 Lovelyn Martin
