The Aqualasers are locked in for the Philippine Aquatics Long Course National Championships at New Clark City Aquatics Center this May 1 to 3.

Built through early mornings, hard sets, and relentless grit.. Now it’s time to race.

This morning, our swimmers focused on: refining short- and long-term goals, turning those goals into clear action steps, reflecting on their long course season performances, and building confidence through pre- and post-swim routines.

Another step forward 💪

At the PAI AB LC 2026 Swim Meet in Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, our swimmers chased personal bests, faced tough competition, and came out stronger.
