LAGUNA JOINS THE LAKBAY KASAYSAYAN JOURNEY

By popular request from the badminton community across Southern Katagalugan, the FELET Champions League is extending its historical expedition to Laguna.

Our fifth chapter, "Ang Kasaysayan ng Laguna," highlights one of the Philippines' most significant pre-colonial centers—the homeland of the Laguna Copperplate Inscription, the earliest known written legal document discovered in the country. This stop continues our commitment to combining competitive badminton with an appreciation of Philippine history and cultural heritage.

We invite players, clubs, schools, and badminton enthusiasts throughout Southern Luzon to take part in this special edition as we gather in Calamba, Laguna, for another weekend of competition, learning, and community.

As the tournament draws near, we encourage all participants to take note of the following important dates to ensure a smooth registration and competition process.

• August 16, 2026 – Deadline for Registration
• August 17, 2026 – Publication of the Initial List of Entries
• August 19, 2026 – Publication of the Official Draw
• August 20, 2026 – Publication of the Official Game Schedule

Please review each published document carefully once released. Any concerns regarding your entry should be communicated promptly within the prescribed timelines.

We look forward to welcoming athletes from across the country to Davao City for a celebration of competitive badminton and the spirit of the Kadayawan Festival.

CEBU STOP – NEW TOURNAMENT DATE

Please be advised that the Cebu Stop of the FELET Champions League – World Badminton Day Edition 2026 has been rescheduled.

The tournament will now be held on 30 August 2026 at JCPO Sports Hub, La Nueva San Isidro Street, Talisay City, Cebu.

The updated schedule will allow us to deliver a smoother tournament experience while maintaining the standards expected of the FELET Champions League.

We encourage all players, coaches, clubs, and parents to update their calendars and make the necessary travel arrangements.
