This event provided our athletes with an excellent opportunity to showcase their skills in Poomsae and Speed Kicking, gain valuable competition experience, and demonstrate the discipline, perseverance, and fighting spirit that Taekwondo instills.

This event provided our athletes with an opportunity to showcase their skills, gain valuable competition experience, and demonstrate the discipline, perseverance, and fighting spirit that Taekwondo teaches.

We are proud of all our competitors for stepping onto the mats with courage and determination. Win or lose, every match is a learning experience that helps us grow stronger as athletes and individuals.

Another productive day of learning, growth, and teamwork as KTA-ELITE athletes participated in a Kyorugi and Poomsae Cross Training Session together with the PUP Taekwondo Team and AL Taekwondo.

Special thanks to Coach Kevin, Coach Lito, Coach Sidney, and Coach Joey for their guidance, support, and dedication in making this training session possible. Your commitment to developing athletes and promoting continuous learning is truly appreciated.
