Congratulations to Louie Ong, the second brownie to be promoted outta DEFTAC Alabang last December. He is a longtime brother who started his journey with us in DEFTAC DLSU. He is the master organizer of Alabang’s reputable Sunday Open mats where DEFTAC members from the South get together and roll with each other. 🔥

It was a special day for DEFTAC Alabang as they gained not one, but two brown belts last December. The first lined up was coach Carlos Montano - a long time student, and champion competitor - earning finally his very well-deserved brown belt. He now officially coaches and handles classes at DEFTAC: No Ego Jiu-jitsu - Alabang! 🔥

A moment for DEFTAC Lucena as they gained a new brown belt in coach Cris Sayat last December. He continues to lead the pack alongside Prof. Cholo Peña and coach JK Tan in our Southern most chapter in Luzon! Always showing up and always representing with his talented students! 🔥

Congratulations to coach Gregory See! One of our old school students who rose up in the ranks the hard, but right way. He received his brown belt last December! He’s also your friendly neighborhood ASJJF referee and coach at DEFTAC Makati! 🔥

Deftac Greenhills matron and coach MC Bartolome received her brown belt last December. A champion herself in her younger years - she continues to work hand in hand in raising and producing champions with her children and out of Deftac: Dojogarage - Greenhills. 🔥

Caloocan gains a DEFTAC brown belt with Coach Reyson Obias. A real artist off the mats but also an artist mastering his grappling craft as an aspiring UWW referee. Since his promotion he has also represented our country in the Asian MMA scene.🔥

It was an emotional moment for coach Hamza Gandamra who received his brown belt last December 2025. He is currently serving as our chapter head in Davao. In the last 6 months he has led by example, a strong leader competing alongside his students. Congratulations again Coach Hamza! 🥋🤎
