Today’s session focused on a review of our poomsae and self-defense forms, followed by intense kicking and counter-kicking drills. As the saying goes, mastery isn’t built by doing something perfectly once. Rather, it is built by practicing consistently until it becomes second nature.

Our smiles also reminded us that learning is most rewarding when we’re enjoying the process.
