Para sa mga magulang at guardians na WALA PANG CSN BOOKLET, na nais mag-avail ng LIBRENG THERAPY sa CSN Center Parañaque, narito po ang mga kinakailangang dokumento:

CHILD / BATA
Copy of the latest assessment from a Developmental Pediatrician
Copy of PWD ID
Copy of School ID, if applicable
Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
Two (2) recent passport-size ID photos

PARENT / GUARDIAN
Copy of Voter’s ID, COMELEC Certificate, or Voter’s Stub
Original Certificate of Residency from the Barangay
Copy of valid government-issued ID with three (3) specimen signatures

📌 HOW TO AVAIL OF FREE THERAPY
1. REGISTER
Register through the official Google Form link for Therapy Admission.

2. PREPARE
Complete and prepare all the required documents. Put in long white folder.
3. SUBMIT
Submit all requirements during your scheduled intake admission.

Please make sure that all requirements are complete to facilitate a smoother admission process.

FREE ASSESSMENT PROJECT: A COMMITMENT TO INCLUSION, EARLY DETECTION, AND EARLY INTERVENTION

The CSN Center Parañaque proudly presents the accomplishments of its Free Assessment Project from 2024 to 2026—a continuing commitment of the City Government of Parañaque to ensure that children with special needs have access to timely, quality, and accessible developmental services.

Since 2024, the City Government of Parañaque has fully funded these assessments, demonstrating that inclusion is not merely a principle, but a concrete investment in the lives and futures of children and their families.

📊 1,674 FREE ASSESSMENTS COMPLETED
• 2024: 443 assessments
• 2025: 642 assessments
• 2026: 589 assessments

These assessments were made possible through the dedicated service of our Developmental and Behavioral Pediatricians, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Psychological Services professionals, who worked together to help families better understand their children's developmental needs.

More than numbers, every assessment represents a child given an opportunity for early identification, appropriate intervention, and meaningful support.

Early assessment can help families understand their child's strengths and needs, guide intervention planning, and connect them with appropriate services at the right time.

This initiative reflects the City Government of Parañaque's continuing commitment to:

INCLUSION – ensuring that children with special needs are seen, heard, and supported.
EARLY DETECTION – identifying developmental needs as early as possible.
EARLY INTERVENTION – helping children access appropriate support and opportunities for growth.
FAMILY EMPOWERMENT – equipping families with information and guidance to better support their children.

Every assessment is a step toward inclusion and opportunity.

A Meaningful Exchange of Stories, Learnings, and Impact for Children with Disabilities through Project Able

CSN Center Parañaque is honored to have hosted the visit of Save the Children Hong Kong 香港救助兒童會 today, August 12, 2026, as part of the continuing dialogue on the progress and impact of Project ABLE programs implemented by Save the Children Philippines with the Parañaque City Government since 2024.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity to listen to the experiences, learnings, achievements, and challenges of our dedicated stakeholders — the Proud Parents of Paranaque Parent Group, Children Representatives Group, CSN Center team, and Barangay Operations Office — as they shared their journeys and meaningful participation in the program.

Through Project ABLE, we have witnessed how collaborative efforts can create lasting change — empowering children, strengthening families, building community participation, and enhancing inclusive services at the local government level.
The impact has been truly inspiring. Beyond programs and activities, Project ABLE has created spaces where children are heard, parents are empowered, and communities work together toward a more inclusive future.

CSN Center Parañaque extends its heartfelt gratitude to Save the Children Hong Kong for recognizing the voices and experiences of our stakeholders and for being a valuable partner in advancing inclusive opportunities for children with disabilities.

CSN Center Parañaque was honored to welcome visitors from Save the Children Hong Kong, Carol Cheuk, Fundraising Manager & Lilian Tong, Assistant International Program Manager
for a facility tour and sharing of our programs, services, and collaborative initiatives for children with disabilities and their families.

We extend our appreciation to Save the Children Philippines for bringing this meaningful visit to our center and for providing an opportunity to showcase our facilities, community-based programs, and the partnerships that continue to strengthen our commitment to inclusive and accessible services.

It was a privilege to share our journey, learn from one another, and highlight the impact of collaboration among government, communities, families, and development partners in creating better opportunities for children with disabilities.
