WE’RE HIRING: DIVE CENTER SECRETARY

Our dive center is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Dive Center Secretary to join our team!

📋 Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience working in a dive center or a similar position
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work as part of a team
• Diving experience or knowledge of scuba diving is a plus!

💼 Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and reservations
• Manage daily schedules and dive bookings
• Communicate with divers and instructors
• Handle emails, WhatsApp messages, and other customer communications
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and payment records
• Help ensure smooth daily operations at the dive center
