• Final roster concerns and player eligibility
• Rules and guidelines
• Match schedules and logistics
• Club concerns, clarifications, and final adjustments.

This meeting is important to ensure a smooth, fair, and well-organized tournament for everyone. We highly encourage all club representatives to attend.
