Arnis Plus

I love this quote and it’s so true. Everyone should train and be prepared to defend themselves. A bad guys worst fear is a victim who can fight back. Learn to shoot and train in martial arts.

Before training in Judo, Krav Maga and Arnis and before training with great trainers, police and UFC fighters, there was these three. My sisters, who taught me to defend myself and not be bullied. I still wouldn’t want to make them mad.

I was 8 years old when my sister took me to a drive in movie called Good Guys Wear Black. There I first saw Chuck Norris. When he kicked through the windshield of a car I realized I wanted to be a martial artist. We lost a martial arts legend. Thanks for inspiring so many Mr. Norris.
