Congratulations Pi and Coach Jonah! On to the Palarong Pambansa Nationals!

𝐏𝐢 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐚𝐲, 𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐈𝐦𝐮𝐬

Isang makasaysayang tagumpay ang naitala ng Imuseño na si Pi Durden Wangkay matapos maging kampeon sa 100m - Secondary Boys Category sa patuloy na bakbakan ng mga atleta sa Regional Athletic Association Meet 2026 (RAAM) na ginanap ngayong Linggo, Marso 8, 2026, sa Batangas City.

Sa bilis na 11.2 segundo, pinatunayan ni Wangkay ang kanyang husay sa nasabing takbuhan, habang nakamit naman ng mga manlalaro mula sa Dasmariñas ang ikalawa at ikatlong puwesto sa parehong kategorya.

Ang kanyang panalo ay nagbigay ng karangalan hindi lamang sa kanyang paaralan kundi maging sa buong Imus na patuloy na nagbubunga ng mga atletang may dedikasyon at galing.

De La Salle Santiago Zobel School proudly acknowledges Zobel IBK members Jayve Jairus Beterbo (DLSZ 2028) and Mr. Jay-R Beterbo (PE and Health Unit Head and served as part of the coaching and support staff), for being part of the Philippine Men’s Floorball Team that won the Silver Medal at the 33rd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games held from December 11–21, 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand.

Representing Team Philippines, they have brought honor to both the nation and the Lasallian community.

Through this win, they have demonstrated how structured training, values formation, and high-performance exposure can prepare student-athletes for elite competitions. This milestone has truly served the country with excellence, leadership, and heart.

What a feat for the youngest Phillipine National Floorball athlete!

As a member of the DLSZ Tracksters, Jairus is set to represent the City of Muntinlupa at the upcoming NCR Regional meet of the Palarong Pambansa.
