07.05.26 | RUN for ROOTS

In celebration of the Nutrion Month, The National Nutrion Council Region VII in partnership with SUN Youth and Ramon Abotiz Foundation Inc. spearheaded this activity. We are glad to be part of making this event possible.

The rain poured early and it was a test to the entire team. The setup stood still, the digital clock timers withstand the heavy downpour. The communication equipment never failed us and we are able to check every crew on the course. There are areas got flooded but it was manageable.

Kudos everyone! To mam Juliene and Mam Estee of RAFI, Sean, Justine and SUN youth team, and the NNC 7 for the trust.

06.28.26 | HINULAWAN RUN 2026

All runners has been accounted for, isbthe most important thing in this event. The unfamiliar route, the dark road and dogs🤣 along the course was part of the challenge.

The race was delayed 30mins but its one of the right calls I made on this race. With overall supervision I was able to foresee the bottlenecks and the actual scenarios concludes my judgement. We are not perfect, so atleast lets make overall safety of the participants and marshals a priority.

Over-all the event was a success. Many enjoyed the first Half Marathon in Toledo City. Thank you Toledo City LGU, City Administrators, City Health, Traffic, Pnp, and CDRRMO. Also to Brybarqs Multisports, Cebuano Flicks, and for the rest of the individuals who in any way supported this event.

06.13-14.26 | Bandit Ultramarathon North Edition

My doubts has been erased. The 3rd edition was the proof that we are able to share the experience. And being able to provide a venue for those who can't be in ultramarathon due to some restrictions.

Logistics was a challenge, and the sudden downpour of the rain later that night make it worst. But the moment each and everyone crossed that finish line with High Determination, and a Salute with a "Thank you, for making this event!" makes me teary-eyed. The cold body from the rain and sweat was gone in an instant.

Thankful for the running community, for their valuable support. The teams who volunteered and shared their aid stations, the LGUs and the entire community who welcomed us with what they have. The smiles and encouragement among our peers and spectators. Truly it is priceless.
