This August, the Municipal Youth Development Office (MYDO) of Marilao proudly joins the nation in celebrating Youth Month 2026!

Every young Marilenyo has a unique story. Some are students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, volunteers, or community leaders. While our journeys may be different, we all share the same aspirations—a brighter future, equal opportunities, quality education, meaningful participation, decent work, and sustainable communities.

This year’s theme, “Different Contexts, Common Aspirations,” reminds us that our diversity is our strength. Regardless of our background or circumstances, every young person has the power to create positive change and contribute to nation-building.

Throughout the month, MYDO Marilao will bring you meaningful activities, leadership opportunities, learning sessions, and programs that empower the youth to become active, resilient, and responsible citizens.

The National Youth Commission (NYC) has issued SK Advisory No. 2026-P007, providing critical clarification on the legal framework for disciplinary actions against elected Sangguniang Kabataan officials.

This advisory is a response to the numerous complaints against SK Officials received by the Commission. It outlines the specific legal bases and authorities responsible for handling such matters at different levels of local government.

The advisory details the proper grounds and jurisdictions for discipline, suspension, or removal.

Nagbabalik na ang country’s premiere award giving body na kumikilala sa kwento, galing, at 𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 ng mga filipino youth organizations sa bansa na lumilikha ng positibo at epektibong pagbabago sa kanilang mga komunidad!

Hinahanap namin ang mga youth organizations na:
