"Coach, why do I keep getting injured? I stretch, I recover, but something always seems to go wrong."

The coach smiled and asked, "What do you do besides running?"

"Besides running?"

"Do you strength train? Work on your mobility? Take care of your core? Running alone isn't enough. You need a body that's strong enough to handle the miles."

He continued, "Weak glutes, stiff hips, or a lack of core strength force your body to compensate. And sooner or later, those compensations turn into injuries."

The healthiest runners don't just log miles. They build the strength and stability that keep them running.

"Work hard in silence. Let your success make the noise."

It's okay to quietly keep working, to show up even when no one's watching. The results - whether it's a smoother stroke or a newfound confidence - will speak volumes in time.

A big congratulations to you, Ma'am Mika! πŸŽ‰ Despite having a very busy class schedule in school, you still made it! Well deserved! πŸ‘ on to the next! πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈπŸ…

Before a child learns a skill, they learn how to feel. Before they trust the water, they trust the person in the water with them.

Regardless of what sport you love or play, the first sport all kids should learn is swimming and water competency.

Drowning is the number one killer of toddlers in America, which means water competency is more than just a sport, it's a vital survival skill.

Our campaign has one goal, encouraging parents and caregivers everywhere to consider swimming and water competency the first priority before enrolling their kids in other extra curricular activities.
