As we approach match day, we kindly request everyone's cooperation to ensure a smooth and orderly flow of the tournament. Please take note of the following important reminders:

𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆:All players are kindly advised to arrive at the venue at least one (1) hour ahead of their scheduled match times.

𝗢𝗻-𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗜𝗻: Early arrival is highly recommended to give you enough time to claim your physical tournament stub before your match. Remember our "𝗡𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗯, 𝗡𝗼 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆" policy.

𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱:Games may move faster than expected. Matches will be called ahead of schedule as soon as courts become available to keep the tournament flowing smoothly.
