The Philippine Association of Underwater Activities, Philippine Finswimming Federation Inc., and Swim League Philippines are joining forces to advance the promotion and development of Finswimming in the Philippines bringing the sport to the grassroots and creating opportunities for Filipino athletes in every region of the country.

Our partnership is built on a shared commitment to developmental grassroots programs anchored on Blue and Green Sports.

We believe:

✅ Environmental protection is essential to the sustainability of aquatic sports and to securing a healthy future for generations to come.

✅ As a nation united and surrounded by water, swimming must be a fundamental life skill that every Filipino child should learn for survival.

✅ Every aquatic sport discipline should be accessible to every Filipino child who chooses to pursue it, without discrimination, politics, or unnecessary barriers.

✅ Coaches and instructors must be continuously empowered, equipped with updated technical knowledge, modern training principles, and the skills needed to keep pace with the times.

The Philippine Under Water Hockey Confederation and Swim League Philippines are joining forces to build and strengthen grassroots Under Water Hockey in the Philippines.

This is more than a partnership between two organizations.
It is a commitment to build the future.

In the coming weeks, the Under Water Hockey League Philippines will unveil its initial developmental programs in the National Capital Region, led by members of the Philippine National Team, together with experienced players, coaches, and referees.

We believe that grassroots development is the foundation of every great sporting nation.

If Under Water Hockey is to grow, produce world class athletes, develop future national teams, and inspire generations of Filipinos, we must begin where the future starts:

In our communities.
In our schools.
In our swimming programs.
With our Filipino youth.

But this partnership is about something bigger than competition.
