The Arellano University Men’s Basketball Team, Men’s Volleyball Team, Women’s Volleyball Team, Chess Team, Drumchiefs, Badminton Team, AU Swimming Team, AU Chiefsquad, and AU Track and Field Team took part in the Sexual and Mental Wellness Seminar hosted by the Arellano University - Guidance Office Main Campus and School Wellness Committee. 🧠🤝

It was a meaningful session filled with awareness, responsibility, and important reminders on taking care of one’s mental and personal wellness. Because being strong is not just about performance — it is also about having the courage to learn, respect, and care for yourself and others. 💪🌱

HAPPENING NOW | AU Chiefs' Wellness Seminar – Day 1

The AU Chiefs Senior Athletes are taking part in Day 1 of the Wellness Seminar facilitated by the Central Guidance Office, Love Yourself Inc. and the School Wellness Committee. Through this seminar, our athletes are given the opportunity to learn more about their sexual and mental wellness, personal growth, and maintaining a healthy balance as student-athletes.

ADI FOR PILIPINAS 🫡🇵🇭

Former AU Chiefs setter ​Adrian Villados has been named to the 14-man pool of the Alas Pilipinas Men's volleyball team for the country's upcoming campaign in the 20th Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, this September.

​The Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) announced the national pool, which will be handled by Italian head coach Angiolino Frigoni.

​Villados joins Bryan Bagunas, Marck Espejo, Michaelo Buddin, Jude Garcia, Lloyd Josafat, Vince Patrick Lorenzo, Leo Ordiales, Owa Retamar, Al-Bukharie Sali, Peng Taguibolos, Rodge Alejos, Trevor Torio, and Josh Ybañez in the national squad.

​A two-time Spikers' Turf champion and back-to-back Best Setter awardee with the Criss Cross King Crunchers, Villados also played a pivotal role in steering the AU Chiefs to their long-awaited first NCAA men's volleyball championship.

​The Asian Games will be held from Sept. 19 to Oct. 4, with the men's volleyball tournament scheduled from Sept. 27 to Oct. 3 in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan.
