We, the San Sebastian Jammerstags, a brotherhood of young men who consider EXCELLENCE, HUMAN DEVELOPMENT, SOLIDARITY, and SERVICE as the goals we must accomplish; firmly founded upon Christian values and virtues, and fortified with our desire to serve God, our country, and the whole of humanity; do hereby ordain and promulgate this Constitution and By-Laws.
