Curious about classical Japanese swordsmanship? Join us for our Open House Session and discover one of Japan’s oldest surviving martial traditions.

Whether you are completely new to martial arts, interested in Japanese history and culture, or already practicing Kendo or another martial art, you are welcome to take part. No previous experience is required.

During the session, you will experience a guided, hands-on introduction to basic movements and bokken handling. You'll also be able to observe live demonstrations of classical kata.

📍 Location: 3rd Floor, PESCAR Gymnasium, West Visayas State University, Luna St., La Paz, Iloilo City

⏰ Time: 1:00 PM–4:00 PM
🥋 Attire: Comfortable workout clothes, or keikogi and hakama for practitioners
