The Ducati Multistrada 1000DS was unconventional, tall, and unmistakably Italian. Powered by Ducati's air-cooled Desmodue V-twin, it delivered character, agility, and a riding experience that was years ahead of its time.

The BMW R1200ST took a more practical approach. With its boxer twin engine, comfortable ergonomics, and long-distance capability, it was built to cover miles effortlessly while still offering plenty of performance for spirited riding.

Both were misunderstood when new, yet today they have become cult favorites among riders who appreciate motorcycles that dare to be different.

🏁 HARLEY-DAVIDSON VR1000 vs DUCATI 916 🏁

On the other side stands the legendary Ducati 916. Designed by Massimo Tamburini, the 916 revolutionized sportbike styling and performance. Its combination of beauty, engineering, and racing success made it one of the most influential motorcycles ever built.

While the VR1000 represents Harley's bold racing experiment, the Ducati 916 became a benchmark that defined an entire generation of superbikes.
