my first time using an indoor trainer… what an experience. 😂
it took me forever just to get everything set up. from the bib, shoes, water, fan, learning to remove the back wheel, and putting it on the trainer without breaking my bike, loading the app etc.. 🫠 but that’s part of being a beginner. you can’t expect to be good at something new right away.
it’s kind of fun sucking at something again. every new skill starts by trying 😉
