The inspection was conducted by the RAATI Team 3 under the chairmanship of 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐆𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋𝐃 𝐋 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐓 𝐌𝐍𝐒𝐀 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀, RAATI Chairperson, who was duly represented during the activity by 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐀𝐋𝐕𝐈𝐍 𝐒 𝐀𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐀𝐒 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐀𝐑𝐓) 𝐏𝐀.

On 25 June 2026, LTC ALVIN B AUREL (INF) PA, CDC Director, together with COL ABRAHAM GALLANGI GSC (INF) PA, Group Executive Officer, and three (3) enlisted personnel, conducted a coordination meeting with the Philippine National Railways (PNR) Administration headed by Engr. Giovanni Miranda, PNR General Manager.

The meeting focused on the review of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) prior to its formal signing in connection with the proposed relocation of the Headquarters, 1304th Community Defense Center (CDC), NCRRCDG, RESCOM, Philippine Army to the PNR Warehouse in Pandacan, Manila.

This initiative underscores the commitment of both the Philippine Army Reserve Command and the Philippine National Railways to strengthen inter-agency collaboration and ensure the successful establishment of a more accessible and functional headquarters in support of the unit's mission and operational readiness.

1304th CDC, NCRRCDG, RESCOM remains steadfast in its commitment to serving the nation through strong partnerships, effective leadership, and unwavering dedication to duty.
