Circuit Style
Perform 4–5 rounds:
1. Dumbbell Thrusters – 15 reps
2. Push-ups – 15 reps
3. Kettlebell Swings – 20 reps
4. Pull-ups/Assisted Pull-ups – 10 reps
5. Walking Lunges – 20 steps
6. Mountain Climbers – 30 sec
7. Burpees – 10–15 reps
Rest
1–2 mins after each round
