A look behind the Pincha Workshop. โจ
Every inversion begins with a strong foundation. Led by Teacher Ace, this session focused on building the strength, awareness, and confidence needed to approach Pincha Mayurasana with intentionโnot just momentum.
From shoulder stability drills to alignment cues and safe progressions, every exercise was designed to help students understand the โwhyโ behind the pose.
Progress isnโt about getting upside down overnight. Itโs about showing up, practicing with purpose, and trusting the process.
