We'll begin with a 20-minute mobility-focused yoga flow to prepare your body for play, followed by a beginner-friendly pickleball coaching session where you'll learn the fundamentals before enjoying two hours of open play.

A look behind the Pincha Workshop. โœจ

Every inversion begins with a strong foundation. Led by Teacher Ace, this session focused on building the strength, awareness, and confidence needed to approach Pincha Mayurasana with intentionโ€”not just momentum.

From shoulder stability drills to alignment cues and safe progressions, every exercise was designed to help students understand the โ€œwhyโ€ behind the pose.

Progress isnโ€™t about getting upside down overnight. Itโ€™s about showing up, practicing with purpose, and trusting the process.
